Does anyone remember this film?

This film description is also very vague, but I remember a film possibly from around twelve years ago, a childrens film about children who went to a babysitters, i don't think the babysitter was any good, and in the show, in the background jerry springer is on, and you can hear the audience chanting 'jerry, jerry'. does anyone know what this film is called?
