At my school we have to wear chef shoes (leather, slip resistant for grease or anything on the floors and tough enough for when we drop our knives). I have chef shoes but they hurt really bad and no one in our school wears them due to that, and they constantly untie themseles. I just got my Dr. Martens a but ago and was wondering if I could use them instead? They don't hurt, are actually harder than my chef shoes and won't untie. Can I wear these in the kitchen? Pls only answer from personal experience, thanks.
