What shoes for girl who goes to uk school?

Ok need some shoes for school. But I don't want to wear the blak leather ones. (shoes have to be black). I was thinking either all black vans or all black converse (high o lo tops?) or like primark plimsolls. Pumps just aren't good on a rainy day my feet get wet!!!
