Why does he act this way with me when he swears up and down he likes my friend?

Okay so I had this group of friends and we hang alot and every Wednesday night we get together for just chilling and hanging mostly doing sports (soccer, football, volleyball) in this parking lot anyway he swears up and down that he likes my friend and he asked her out even though she said no he still likes her but yet he acts kinda like he likes me. He always messes with me and he and some othe guys speak fluent spanish and they always talk about me and laugh but I have no idea what they are saying I only know they are talking about me cause they say my name anyway we always fake wrestle and he always hugs me (and my friend) I mean he just gives off all the signs! He teases me and says it's cute when I get red. He always throughs stuff at me. Loves to challenge me (I'm an athlete) he alwayyyys grabs me like he puts his arm around my shoulder and introduces me to his friends as either his homie or his girl. he always takes my sunglasses or fake glasses I wear and he wears them and e always gives me his jacket and or scarf. But he doesn't really do any of this with he girl he says he likes. Do you think he just is close to me and sees me as one of the dudes? Like does he like me or not?
