Tax Returns (How to file if i dont have W2)?

I worked at subway for like 3 months last year. They told me that I will get my W2 in the first week of february by mail. But still didnt get it yet. Call the number which they give me of headoffice but no answer just leavev a message. What I will do now if i do my tax returns without this part i may loose some returns needs help. I am married and no childrens. Also I am from Alabama.
