Do i need the fathers consent to change my childrens school?

I am moving area an with this my children will be changing school to a local school in the area. i have parental responsibility for the children but they do see him every other weekend and two hours every other week to this, Do i need his consent to change there schools? he will see the children no less then he does now, they will just be going to better schools in a better area?

I have to write a childrens book for some first graders. The book has to be about how a bill becomes a law. But i'm not sure what kinda story line or theme of characters i should use. I was wanting to use something from disney. But i can't think of anything...i'm not a political person so idk..Plz help and give me some good ideas.

Can anyone name a BBC childrens drama from 1970s?

The opening titles showed a wetland or marshland,reeds, sunset, all gold and brown colours and it had a particularly distinctive theme music track - a Flute playing low in tone and a haunting melody. Would have been on 1972/4 and shown I think in the late afternoon slot. Ring any bells?
